Terms of service

Last updated: 12 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Deepnia: the deepnia.com website, its app, the Studio, the AI Agent and every creation tool (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.

1. Who provides the service

The service is provided by Deepnia ("we", "us"). Contact: support@deepnia.com.

2. The service

Deepnia is an AI creation suite: images, videos, voices, music, motion design, video editing and an AI Agent that helps you create. On deepnia.com you can also publish to your social networks and prepare ads.

The service changes over time: we may add, change, replace or remove tools and models. Some features are reserved for some plans or accounts, or offered first to a limited number of people.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself: you are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.
  • One account is for one person or one business. Do not create several accounts to benefit more than once from an offer, a bonus or the referral programme.

4. Credits and payments

  • Creations are paid for in credits. Each tool shows the cost in credits before you start a creation.
  • You get credits by buying a pack (a single payment, with no automatic renewal) or with a pass or subscription. The price is shown at checkout; an amount shown in another currency is an estimate.
  • Payments go through payment providers (mobile money, card, crypto) on their own payment pages. We never see your card number. The provider's terms also apply.
  • Purchased credits expire 6 months after the purchase date. Credits included in a pass or subscription are granted every 30 days and stay valid for one more month. Credits you are given (bonuses, promotions, rewards) are valid for the period shown when you receive them.
  • Credits have no cash value: they cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account or resold.

5. Failed creations and no refunds

  • When you start a creation, its credits are reserved. If no usable result is delivered, the reserved credits automatically go back to your balance.
  • Some multi-step creations (such as motion design or music videos) have their own rules, shown in the tool before you start. For example: a step that fails can be retried rather than credited back, stopping after the storyboard gives back 90% of the credits, and revisions requested after delivery are not credited back.
  • Credits used for a delivered creation are not given back, even if you don't like the result. AI results vary: try again or adjust your request.
  • Credits are not refundable, except where a mandatory consumer-protection rule requires it.
  • If your credits do not appear after a payment, write to support@deepnia.com with the payment reference.

6. Passes and subscriptions

  • Passes (1 or 6 months) are paid once and do not renew automatically. We send you an e-mail reminder before they end.
  • Card subscriptions, where offered, renew every 30 days until you stop the renewal in your account. Stopping takes effect at the end of the paid period. If a payment fails, it is retried.
  • If a subscription payment is refunded or disputed, that period and its unused credits are cancelled.
  • When a pass or subscription ends, social accounts beyond what your plan allows are disconnected after 7 days.

7. Your content and your creations

  • Your content is what you provide (prompts, texts, images, videos, audio, voices, documents, links); your creations are the results generated for you.
  • You keep whatever rights you have in your content. To the extent the law allows, you may use your creations as you wish, including commercially, in line with these terms and the rights of others. Some creations may not be protected by copyright, and similar results may be generated for other people.
  • You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive right, without royalties, to host, copy, process, transmit and display your content and creations only to provide and secure the service: for example to send them to the AI providers that make your creations, or to publish them where you ask. This right lasts as long as needed for those purposes.
  • We do not use your creations in our advertising without your permission, and Deepnia does not train any AI model on your content.
  • You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for everything you provide, in particular the consent of the people whose image or voice you use.
  • Keep a copy of the creations that matter to you: the service is not an archive.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use Deepnia to create, publish or share:

  • content that is illegal, or that infringes other people's rights (copyright, trademarks, image, privacy);
  • sexual content involving minors, or that sexualises minors in any way;
  • intimate or sexual images or videos of a real person without their consent;
  • a real person's image or voice without their permission, or a "deepfake" that makes it look as if someone said or did something they did not;
  • content meant to deceive: scams, impersonation, fake testimonials or endorsements, disinformation, including about elections;
  • hateful, harassing or threatening content, or content that incites violence or terrorism;
  • malware, spam or misleading ads.

You also must not: get around our limits, security checks or prices; access someone else's account; scrape the service; resell access to the service outside our white-label programme; or abuse offers, bonuses or the referral programme.

Where the law or a social network requires it, say that content was generated by AI. Do not present an AI creation as real where that could mislead people.

We may refuse a request, remove content, or suspend or close an account in case of a breach, and report illegal content to the authorities, especially content involving minors.

9. AI results

  • Creations are produced automatically. They can be inaccurate or unexpected, contain errors (for example misspelt text on screen) or resemble other content.
  • Check each creation before you use or publish it, especially facts, figures, names and anything legal, medical or financial.
  • We do not guarantee any outcome: views, followers, sales or ad performance. The AI's advice is a suggestion, not a promise.
  • You are responsible for how you use your creations.

10. Social publishing and ads

These features are available on deepnia.com only.

  • You connect your own accounts through our publishing partner. You authorise us to publish the content you choose, at the times you choose, and to read the statistics of those posts.
  • With automations, posts are prepared automatically from news sources. Depending on your setting, they wait for your approval or are published directly. You remain responsible for what is published on your accounts: check the facts.
  • Each network's terms apply. A network may refuse, limit or remove a post or an ad; we are not responsible for its decisions or outages.
  • A post that is already online stays online if you disconnect your account: delete it on the network if needed.
  • Ads: your own ad account pays the network. Deepnia never holds your ad money. You are responsible for the budget, the targeting and following the network's advertising rules.

11. White-label stores

  • Partner businesses ("stores") offer AI creation under their own brand using our platform, under the white-label programme's conditions.
  • A store sets its prices, collects its customers' payments into its own accounts and provides their support. It publishes its own terms, privacy notice and refund policy, and complies with the laws that apply to its business. It is responsible for its customers' data; we process that data on its behalf.
  • If you are a store's customer, your purchase contract is with the store. The acceptable-use rules in section 8 apply to everything created with our platform.

12. Referrals

The referral programme rewards you in credits for purchases by the people you invite, under the rules shown in the app. Self-referral and abuse are forbidden; rewards linked to a refunded or fraudulent purchase are cancelled.

13. Availability

We do our best to keep the service running, but it may be interrupted, slowed down or limited, for example for maintenance or when a provider has an outage. A tool's cost in credits may change; the cost shown when you start a creation is the one that applies to it.

14. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, customers, data or reputation), or for the content you create or publish. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event in question.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection rules, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

15. Suspension and closure

  • You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account by writing to support@deepnia.com from the account's e-mail address. Remaining credits are lost on closure, unless the law requires otherwise.
  • We may suspend or close an account in case of a breach of these terms, fraud, a risk to security or to other users, or to comply with the law. Except in an emergency or where the law forbids it, we tell you first and give the reason.

16. Deepnia's property

The Deepnia brand, the website, the app, their texts, design and code belong to us or to our partners. These terms give you no rights in them beyond normal use of the service.

17. Changes

We may change these terms. The new version is published on this page with its date. If a change is significant, we tell you in the app or by e-mail before it applies. If you keep using the service afterwards, you accept the new version.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country where Deepnia is established.

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and may go to the courts those rules designate.

If we disagree, write to us first at support@deepnia.com: we look for an amicable solution before anything else.
